How to Book

Call The Office
The first step is to call our office and speak with a member of our friendly team. We’ll take a few details about what you need and answer any initial questions.

It only takes a few minutes and helps us understand your requirements before we get in touch. Once submitted, our team will review your details and contact you to discuss the next steps and arrange a suitable appointment.

What To Expect - Pre Install
Free Home Visit
The first step before your installation is a free home visit from one of our friendly energy assessors. They’ll take the time to understand your property, assess your current heating system, and discuss your requirements in detail.


Technical Survey
If you’re happy to proceed, the next step is a detailed technical survey, carried out for a small charge. During this visit, we complete in-depth heat loss calculations, often using a LiDAR-enabled iPad. This technology allows us to build a clear picture of how your home retains heat, helping us design a system that is efficient, effective, and perfectly suited to your property.
Detailed Proposal
Following your technical survey, our office-based engineers will produce a full, in-depth proposal tailored to your home. Everything is clearly presented in a comprehensive quote, so you can see exactly what’s included and feel confident in the system design before moving ahead.


Approve Proposal
The next step is to move forward with your installation. Simply sign to accept the quote and pay a deposit to secure your slot in our schedule. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing for your installation and agree on a convenient start date.
What To Expect - Mid/Post Install
Pre-Call and Preparation
Around a week before your installation, you’ll receive a call from our friendly team member, Kelly. She’ll talk you through what to expect and explain how to prepare your home ahead of our arrival. This helps ensure everything runs smoothly on the day and gives you a chance to ask any final questions.


Installation Day
On the day, our friendly team will arrive and introduce themselves. Before any work begins, they’ll lay down protective flooring to keep your home clean and they’ll also walk you through the installation plan so you know exactly what’s happening and feel comfortable before we get started.
Full Installation
Our qualified heating engineers and electricians then carry out the full installation of your new system. They work together to ensure everything is fitted safely and efficiently, Throughout the process, they keep you updated on progress, making sure everything is installed to the highest standard.


Full Handover
Once installation is complete, we’ll set up remote monitoring so performance can be tracked and optimised. Finally, we’ll carry out a full handover, showing you how your system works, how to control it, and answering any questions so you feel confident using it from day one.
MCS and Warranty
After your installation is complete and fully signed off, we will issue all relevant MCS certification paperwork along with your product and workmanship warranties. This confirms that your system has been installed to industry standards and is fully compliant.


Annual Service Check
We’ll see you again in 12 months for your first annual service. This helps keep your system running efficiently, maintains performance, and ensures everything continues to operate safely. Our team will carry out a full check and make any small adjustments needed, giving you peace of mind for the year ahead.
